Welcome to our school Thank you for visiting our website. We hope that you find our website interesting and informative. BULLETIN BOARD Dear Parents, Welcome back to school after the summer break. I hope that you were able to find some time to relax. Today is not only the first day of a new school year but also my first day as the new headteacher of Springfield. It seems such a long time since my appointment but this has only served to make the build-up of the excitement I have felt even more intense. I am proud to serve as Headteacher of what is a highly-regarded and successful school, and I look forward to building on what the school already does so well. One of my immediate aims is to contiue the safe, caring and vibrant atmosphere which the staff team have built up, and which allows your child to thrive and develop. Indeed, one of the key factors I have recognised at Springfield is the sheer enthusiam, determination and professionalism of the staff team, and the way in which children respond positively to their guidance. This, coupled with strong links with parents, will be key to making Springfield an even better place for children to learn. I look forward to meeting you in the near future. Best Wishes. Mr. C.
